I have had blogs in the past, but this is my first real therapist-type blog. Starting a new blog can be exciting and intimidating. I can already hear those questions in my head: Do I have anything interesting to say? What kind of ideas will I have? Will I misspell something? But I have accepted that my writing will not be on the same par as a NY Bestseller book or Hemingway.
I miss writing and I thought starting a therapeutic blog would be an interesting challenge to undertake. During an exciting new chapter of my life, building a private practice, I look forward to sharing some mindful tips, ideas, resources, and information on this site.
