Crystal Hamilton, LCSW Welcomes You
Mind-Body Therapy to Find Your Balance
“Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.”
How to Begin Services
Prior to accepting new individuals, there is a pre-screening process to determine if we are both a good fit for each other as well as going over questions or concerns. Feel free to click on the contact form, explore around on my website, and/or click on one of my therapy profiles (i.e., Psychology Today, Therapy Den, etc). Thank you.
Services I Offer
Personalized Care and Guidance
Do you feel like your anxiety or depression takes over at the worst possible moments? Are you finding it difficult to feel growth in managing trauma responses? Are you seeking a safe and brave space for therapy that promotes the exploration of intersectional identity affiliations and alliances (i.e., race, religion, spirituality, LGBTQIA+, and etc?).
Pre-Marital and Marital Counseling
In my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve challenges through exploring strength and growth areas. I use the Prepare and Enrich program, one of the top pre-marital and marriage assessment programs for over 35 years. Get in touch to book an appointment.
Here For You
If you’re looking for quality Group Counseling sessions with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, then you’ve come to the right place. I guide my individuals every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters. Please visit the 'groups' page and see what is being offered at this time.
I offer supervision hours for individuals who are looking to become LCSW's within the state of Georgia. I have completed the same supervision trainings that Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) complete to provide supervision. While I am not a CPCS, due to different credentials as a LCSW, I believe in holding the same standards of trainings. The trainings strengthen my years of work and supervision in the field. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to do a consultation.
Trauma Conscious Yoga (TCY)
Mind and Body Connection
Trauma Conscious Yoga (TCY) encourages the opportunity to be in the present moment through bringing awareness to the breath and the physical sensations of the here-and-now. The class provides a space to notice what we feel in our bodies and make choices about what to do with those movements.
